Every parent knows the feeling — the repeated instructions, the meltdowns, the guilt after you’ve snapped.

You’re doing everything you can and you’re exhausted. The problem isn’t how much you love your children. It’s that nobody gave you the tools to understand what’s really happening. You’re not failing, you just need a different kind of toolkit!

The P.A.U.S.E workshop gives you a practical, mindful framework to move past the daily battles and build a home rooted in calm, trust, and genuine connection.

Feedback from other families

I recently completed the workshop on mindful discipline. I have three small children and found myself wanting to adopt a healthy approach to disciplining all three of my children in a mindful healthy way that would enable us to keep communication open.

I found the workshop gave me the tools to communicate better and get to the root cause of the tantrum rather than stopping the outburst itself.

I would highly recommend this course for those that wish to take a more mindful approach and to tackle the consistent battles we as parents face everyday. I came out of the workshop having a better understanding that a one blanket approach to disciplining does not work for all of my children. Each child requires a parent to adhere to their own needs and attention in an understanding manner.

I feel that understanding although my child’s behaviour may not be ‘correct’ however their feelings are, and with that in mind I have been able to talk through why a certain behaviour occurred.

This workshop has in turn strengthened my relationship and bond with my children.

Would highly recommend! ❤️
